How do I apply for an apartment?

You can complete our rental application online. Please provide accurate and complete information and submit all required documents.

What information is required?

Applicants may be asked to provide identification, current and previous addresses, employment and income information, rental history, and other information needed to process the application.

Is there an application fee?

An application fee may apply. The fee covers the cost of processing the application and screening applicants and is generally non-refundable.

Do you check credit and rental history?

Yes. As part of the application process, we may review credit, rental history, income, employment, and other relevant screening information.

What are the income requirements?

Applicants must demonstrate sufficient income to meet the rental obligations. Specific requirements may vary by property. Generally, we are looking for a minimum of 2.5 income to rent ratio

Can I apply if I am self-employed?

Yes. Self-employed applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation, such as tax returns, bank statements, or other proof of income.

Can I apply without a rental history?

Yes. Lack of rental history does not automatically prevent you from applying. Additional documentation or a qualified guarantor may be requested depending on the circumstances.

Can I apply if I have less-than-perfect credit?

Yes. Applications are evaluated based on the property’s screening criteria. Credit history is one of the factors that may be considered, however, there is no minimum credit score.

How long does the application process take?

Processing time varies depending on how quickly we receive the required information and complete the screening process. Typically, if you have sent all the required information our application system is able to verify, we will be able to let you the same day or next.

Can multiple people apply together?

Yes. Each adult who will be financially responsible for the lease may need to complete a separate application and provide the required information.

When will I know if my application is approved?

We will contact you once the application has been reviewed and a decision has been made. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and that you respond promptly to requests for additional documentation.

Can I tour the apartment before applying?

Yes. Please contact us to schedule a showing and confirm availability. We encourage you to take a look at the apartments in person before applying.

What happens after I am approved?

Once approved, you will receive information about the next steps, including the lease, security deposit, move-in requirements, and available move-in dates.

Does submitting an application guarantee an apartment?

No. An application does not guarantee approval or reserve a particular apartment unless specifically confirmed by management in writing.

What if I have questions about my application?

Please contact our leasing team. We are happy to help with questions about the application process, required documents, or next steps.
