After application is approved, we will send you:
- A welcome letter, which outlines the upcoming transactions so you can start budgeting.
- A lease for review and sign
- PayLease / Zego CashPay instruction for payment at Walmart
- Tenant Web Portal set up instruction
Prior to move in, we need:
- Signed lease
- Payment prior to move in needs to be in cash, paid at Walmart or other PayLease payment location. Payment after move in can be made online as long as the account is current and on time.
- Confirmation from Duke Energy of meter start
- Please note if you are moving up your move in schedule, we will prorate the additional days prior to original move in date.
- Schedule your key pick up time with one of our managers
